  1. I don't know where to put this, but I would hope merchants might have a suggestion. I purchased 3 pairs of mesh shoes from a well known French design group. I paid them 870 $L for all three pair, purchasing them in their in world store. Shoes were never delivered. I tried their re-delivery terminal, which showed the purchases, and despite a message that the items were being re delivered, they never delivered. Other items in the re delivery terminal I have bought from them do deliver another copy. In other words, these particular shoe items fail to delivery upon purchase, and fail to re-deliver. This company apparently has zero customer service, and relies on their re delivery terminal to solve all customer problems. I have written them with all details about this delivery failure via Notecard, Direct IM to the owner, Mail on their website, and Messages on their Facebook page. I have sent the same polite detailed request to either fix the re delivery terminal, send me a copy of the shoes, or refund my money. First notice sent August 20. Second notice a week later. Sept 7, yet another notice sent to them. In this case, I was on the same sim/store as the "owner" who was logged in. In all cases I have been ignored - that is no customer service at all, and re delivery still does not work. Since I have attempted to resolve this problem by attempted communication with the group store "owner" to no avail for the last 3 weeks, what should I do next? An abuse report complaint to LL? From my point of view, taking my money and never delivering the product or service is fraud. Or does this company freely keep doing this, with no recourse? They do not allow remarks or feedback on their MP, and this product is not listed in their MP store. Is there a consumer group where warnings can be made? They sell hundreds of products for women and have a full sim in world for their products. There is NO contact name anywhere in their store or website or MP, other then the store owner appearing in transactions, and who appears to only be a business account used by multiple people. When I sent the owner an IM at her store while I as at the store, she ran away from me So she was not a store robot. Thank You merchants; I buy hundreds of clothing items every month in SL, and only have run into a few of you who take my money and run. Consumers need some protection against these store owners too!
