Same Problem here at DeeTaleZ Sim ( Nothing is rezzing, people stuck, completly break down!

so...to me it happened what I feared. Today i got an Im by an Account with my businessname:/ This person comes directly to the point and told me he/she created that account to sell it to me! My Brandname is a very fictional word and the fact that he/she JUST greated it to make money with MY brandname shocked me. Since selling/buying accounts is against the TOS I directly contacted the support Livechat to ask what i can do now. And like always i got dissapointed by the answer " fill an abuse report". So fine..i did that...but how i can get MY brandname back now?? i mean...i told this person "no" i will not buy from you...but the question is: Do i have another choice since LL told me that this account (Name) wont be available FOREVER also when i AR this person and the account will be deleted or banned!! This is absolutly unacceptaple and the worse thing is that this forgein Person who has nothing to do with my brand/store is on TOP 1 in search when you type in my store name! Something goes completly wrong here! My Name is registered as a Trademark sadly just in Germany.... but its a well known Name in Second life and the reason that this person did that account just to make money with it is a thing LL should act! This is really bad for business! Maybe its bad luck that someone choose "your" name for his/her account but in this case its meant to make money with it!
