  1. I have an ongoing issue that has not been resolve now for over two weeks. I’m unable to post an event to the SL Events listings. I tried to use Live Chat -- but there seems to be a bug somewhere, because I only get the initial greeting, request for details of my issue.... then I only see the client support "operator typing" while nothing comes back to me. I wait for up to 15 minutes and ask if they are still there, yet no response. I also opened up a case on this matter -- the last response was to take out exclamation marks from my posting. I did that and it did not work. Below are the details of my most current event listing that I tried to post today -- with no luck, again. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you manage to work around it? Any advice/help would be most appreciated. Cheers, -- Teo. Here is the error message I receive: Please correct the following: The event appears to contain adult material, but is on a General or Mature region. Please choose an adult region. Refer to the Maturity ratings wiki page for more details. Here is the event that I want to post: Event Name: A.R.t Galerie Event Date: 11/27/2011 Time: 4:00 PM Duration: 1 hour Location: (M) A.R.tGalerie in New Boston Art Colony/30/42 (4096 m2) Category: Arts and Culture Cover: 0 Description: Cylindrian Rutabaga will perform for us with her folksy, angelic voice as we celebrate the three fine artists: Walt Ireton's photography is on the main floor, Dori Helstein combines poetry and art on the middle floor, and Aneli Abeyante lends her collection on the top floor. Please join us for fine music and celebrate the arts.
  2. For a month, and now after reading the Technical Questions/Answers, I am still experiencing a problem with both the latest version of SL and the Beta 3.0 version. I am running a 2009 Dell INspiron 560 CPU, with graphics card Intel (R) G45/G43 Express Chipset. I have installed all updates, cleared cache & cookies, updated graphics card driver, updated all Windows updates, ran Malware Bytes, did a full Windows Registry Scan and Defrag. I consistently receive an error: graphics initialization failed. update your graphics driver! This machine is not heavily used, as we use it only for SL and basic Web surfing functions. I have noticed many other folks experiencing this problem. I look forward to hearing more on this solution. All that I have done (thus depleting all resources and options) has been unsuccessful. Thanks, -- Teofila Matova
