Try resetting to default noob avatar & see if the eyes stop moving: Avatar -> Avatar Health -> Reset default male (or female) avatar.

Some of the fingernails from my Slink hands are not attaching..  I have reinstalled FS 4.7.3, gone to a LL sandbox, redelivery of a new set and checked my LOD and other settings.  Nothing is working.  Any other suggestions please?
