SSP3504, SSP3505, SSP3509, SSP3510, SSP3514 and SSP3515 regions have been added to the red SSP regions block this week. 

Modern regions starting to take shape this week and more work is needed for release. 

The Newbank region is interesting and check out the pond lake in Home Grown region.

Looking back at last year it seems to be roughly be under a month from when the new themed regions arrive on the grid to the release of the regions. Hopefully the Modern regions will be released before the end of February. 

* In early March 2021 the lab added a huge batch of Linden Home regions arrived (Chalets) just north east of the Stilt homes area. At the end of March 2021 the chalet regions were released to the public.

* In early August 2021 the Fantasy sub continent regions arrived on the grid. In mid August the Fantasy sub continent opened to the public.

I think it's most likely the Modern regions will be on the grid before Easter time. We might get a update at the upcoming SL Home & Garden Expo 2022. 

There is alot of work still yet to be finished on the Chalet sub continent and on the Fantasy sub continent (alot of red squares) everywhere. 

Can't wait to see more released regions soon though.

Linden Lab are now targeting Q2 2022 (April-June) for the deployment of Premium Plus according to this week's web user group meeting. It was mentioned via voice chat by Reed Linden.

Maybe the Moderns will be released around the Home & Garden Expo happening between 26th February to 20th March 2022. 

There is a lot of work going on in the north east part of the Fantasy sub continent and around the east/south of the Chalet sub continent. I think once that's complete the release will happen. 

Seems to be at least two months from the announcement to the main release (looking back at previous themes).

• Fantasy – Announced at SL18B – Reveal on 17th June 2021 – Released 12th August 2021
• Chalet Homes – Announced at SL Christmas Expo (December 2020) – Reveal on 4th December – Released 30th March 2021
• Stilt Homes – Announced at SL17B (June 2020) – Reveal on 24th June – Start of release (test regions+) – 21st December
• Log Homes – Announced at the SL Home & Garden Expo (February 2020) – Released on 1st April 2020
• Victorian Homes – Announced early December 2019 – Released on 16th December 2019
• Trailers/Campers – Announced at SL16B (June 2019) – Released on 16th September 2019
• Traditional & Houseboats – Announced at SL Home & Garden Expo (15th March 2019) – Released on 15th April 2019 

I think there is at least another two themes to be announced and released yet. One may be announced at the upcoming Home & Garden event next month and the other at SL19B in mid June 2022.

Great news to hear Philip is back again for Second Life. I guess it's good timing now. 

Second Life has actually been growing steadily in 2021 and hopefully now there will be more growth with Philip back on board.

A whole lot of houseboats have been added on the east side and south side of the Chalet sub continent. Yay! 

Big houseboat and fantasy release coming I would imagine now.

Twelve new SSPE regions (SSPE2772 to SSPE2783) have just been added to the northeast  of Fantasseria, but are not yet visible on the world map and cannot directly be teleported into yet.

To have a peek, walk in from a neighbouring region. The new regions are completely flat, unterraformed and have no water in them. Yet. 

These twelve new regions, when terraformed will form a complete coastal ring around Fantasseria.

I would guess the next theme reveals will be at the Home and Garden Expo (26th February to 20th March 2022) and then another for SL19B (mid-late June 2022). Could be sooner or later than that though.

A few things to look forward to in January and February is the hopefully completion of the Chalet sub continent and Fantasy sub continent coastlines. The Modern regions batch should be on the grid before Easter I would imagine. Bring on 2022

New Fantasy homes are now being added in SSPE2771 and in nearby regions (marked as green). I am thinking possible new batch of Fantasy ssp regions within the next week or so to complete the whole Fantasy sub continent coastline.

There is only six days left until the expo ends. I wonder if the lab/moles will have a demo region going after the expo has finished with the new changes ?
