Ok what appears to have happened. Land owner buys a sim divides it up sells the parcels and askes for tier. Then after getting all the money he sells it to someone else or to one of his/her alts. the new owner boots everyone out and re rents /sells the land over and over again. How on earth can this be legal. Is there any recourse. Hell this could even be something for the police if one got angry enough.

agreed So many people think they own the land just to be kicked off at the whim of the land owner.

Does the alt need to be age varified?
