    As in all auctions, maximum bids are hidden until called. What you are probably seeing happening with the New Horizon land are price averages used for initial bidding and bid wars following.

    Make certain you are paying the correct amount. Review price before trying to make purchase. There would never be a situation where owner of land is not declared e.g group or nongroup status.
