I used to do a lot of custom clothing and skins but unfortunally it is very time consuming and I became very ill in real. I used to do a lot of custom designs, but i have stopped as it is very timeconsuming, but I am willing to help you if you got no other ways to find it, unless you are in a hurry to get it because I am very ill in real and have updays and downdays, mostly downs.. so those times I am not much inworld. Which means that I can not put a timeframe on it... at the moment I have been inword for about a 1 hour within the last 2-3 weeks.. sooo that kinda tells how slow i am at the moment LOL But if you cant find a place to get them, then try to send me a picture of the one you perfer to have.. lenght and colors and the more you expain to me the better i can make it for you. I can't make it mesh and I do not make anything in full permission.. It depends on if i understand it correctly.. it is a 'underskirt' yes? Ohh I never saw a popup for this (usualy I get a mail when theres been posted something) but i didnt so I didnt see your new posts.. wow.. I do hope you got them on markedplace allready? My offer still stands.. If you want to put them up in my shop then your welcome.. I got adult skins myself... Im a bit slow in putting things up, i keep getting lost in something else, but my plan is to put all my skins in a vendor, and we could put yours into another vendor when you got a few of them ready... Anyways... you are amazing with details... and if i one day want a custom skin made, i know where to turn too... Which reminds me. UPDATE Jan-8th 2013 Carina and I, two designer's have spend A LOT of time on this issue.. as we both had it and it unfortunally continued a while after we did the coalesced objects.. (it worked okay with the coalesced objects for a few days and then the problems came back..) Anyway.. we finally did find the answer... If you have more viewers downloaded to your computer, then their bridges dont 'agree/talk' (sorry am not english) so you need to remove the viewer(s) you do not use... My own computer crashed a while after we found all this out, but it worked good with one viewer, before it crashed and it crashed for a whole other reason that had nothing to do with SL at all.. So I was bold and tried to download 3 viewers.. and so far it works okay (none of those 3 are sl own viewer. it was last time).. so maybe its enough to remove the viewers, do a cleanup on the computer (diskclean or what is the english name?) and then either go with the safe way, to only use one viewer.. or give it a try to download other viewers.. But.. the issue is multiple viewers that dont 'talk' to each other and creates this issue... we are very sure of this, as we have put a lot of time into finding out.. its no use being designer and not being able to design.. So we did what I personally think LL should have done... *sit down in my corner and waits paitently for my payment check and giggless.. I hope it can help someone else aswell.. and that is why I am posting this.. Carina.. ty gorgeous for your input and role in this and for putting up with me... But with me it is all or nothing, it is okay to ask for a lower price and I have always done it in such way, if it took less time to make than I thought when I gave the price, then I would cut of on the price. fair is fair.. *smiles I had to stop making custom items. at first I could not understand there was so few designers that did it.. but now I do.. it is extremly timeconsuming, it does not pay of in the end, and it has been bad for my own shop because I did spend most my time on custom items. I love making custom items thou, but had to make the choice to put my shop first... I dont know if I answered your question, I hope I did somewhat.. unfortunally english is not my first languid so sometimes I do not put the words right. They most definitely are, especially for a rental spot. That doesn't discount the land or suggest in any way it's not a wonderful sim. I don't believe the other poster said anything about the sim, either. But those are prices on the high end of things. Actually yes, you can count prim price like that, most people do when looking for a place to rent. Any shopowner that pays absolutely no attention to price at all is not acting wisely. Even if the price isn't really an issue or concern-as in you'd be willing to pay anything- you should at least think about it. It's unwise advice to tell others they shouldn't, or couldn't. It's a point on most business plans, or should be anyway. You are right, it was me who brought up the prices, that was my mistake and I will ofcause own up to that. I do however still stand by my words, and did not advice anyone or tell others they shouldn't or couldn't. So where you see the part I have highlighted in your respond I do not know. I count (and know exately how much) in danish kroner I pay a month, not how much each prim cost. I dont even know how many prims I got at the shop.. I got what I need there and pay for it.. so if that makes me unwise, then I am so. I am however a unwise shopowner that sells as I had hoped for. I do think it is wrong not to be counting the prims of the building into the price... the landlord pays those even thou I rent them.. so if the shop building is just 100 prims and I pay 100 in rent for 50 prims I use for my own things. then I get 150 prims for 50 prims price? Since it is me using the building, renting the building, shouldnt those prims count for me then? I used to rent out houses years ago and I have rented many places during the time I had in here. But..... its not about prices in this thread, its about helping Jade finding the right place for her and giving her ideas.. Unfortunally me being so picky I can only recomend that one place myself.. I have a exclusiv part of my own shop located on a SIM that is inspired by Venice, Italy and so it is very well made.. There are events and concerts. They got a couple clubs and whatnot.. But go have a look for yourself, and to see if its anything you like.. If it is, then contact Jessii Warrhol-Giano who is the manager of the SIM.. I had been looked for a place like this for over a year myself (yeah Im really picky lol) and I must say I am as pleased with it as I could ever be.. The traffic is around 20-25k or more. The SIM is moderate/mature Prices are not high 50 Prim / 275 lindens a week 75 Prim / 325 lindens a week 100 Prim / 450 lindens a week SURL to inside my shop (only one I got offline) WW2 TRIBUTE (236.766,175.391,24.7806) Lis (I dont know much about what types of shops/items is sold, you will have to ask Jessii about that)

No matter how you strech and bent it, they DO warn about the 30 days, which you failed to read = no scam, only not enough reserch from you before you spend your money.. I have tried to keep up with your posts here in the forum the last couple days.. I am not english so maybe I will misunderstand something, and if I do, I apoligise.. But what I read is that you are very unhappy with LL and markedplace, and because you are upset you will sell many skins and eyes for free... If I was upset and angry at LL I would not sell anything at all... so I do not understand it... I think that LL will just be happy with more free items on markedplace, if it will do anything then it will give them more customers to come shop there and maybe buy other things while they are there.. I got a shop myself too and I make skins aswell as clothes and have done it here in SL for over 4 years now, and I have still not set up a shop on Markedplace. I will not do it before I am absolutly sure of my items, what to write, how to post them and show them off. (+ I am sick and not much online) But mostly because I believe it is a very slow process if we as designers wants to make a name here in SL if we want customers to come and buy our things. Its not something that can be done in one day, one week or even one year. Residents needs to learn to know our name as something good, and that takes time.. Do not rush it.. And you say that you did make ticket to LL but they did not respond in 8 hours so you closed it? I have made tickets and had to wait a couple days before they respond, but they always do respond and is helpful when I am calm and nice towards them.. I never had issues with them.. But do not do it while you are upset.. being nice makes them being nice too.. The person you will talk to just do a job, they do not own LL or make the big desicons, they only work there, so you should try to make a new ticket, but be calm about it, dont be so upset (just an advice).. I do not see where the hurry in it is? Why rush it? Maybe it is me that do not understand but being angry will not get you anywhere.. If it was me that was so angry with LL then I would just take my designs to another world.. to me its that simple, but again... that is just me.. But good luck Lis

My partner and I have rented land from Naked Landlady Rentals, for about 4 years and can only recomend them with a huge A+ They always come to help with issues, there has never been any problems during the all years we rented there.. never... and they always come to help with a smile and a good mood... (just thought I would share that lol) Lis

I gotta fess up...... I sneak in here to this thread nearly each day, :matte-motes-bashful-cute: just to see the amazing shot you guys post... My partner and I spend most our time working and chatting to each other while working, so we ended up removing our house a while ago to save the prims and since we never had time to use it. But seeing your pictures made me miss our home, so now my house is back, on the picture out in the left side is our memorial place. We made it because we have lost 3 amazing friends during the years we have been here in SL.. :matte-motes-crying: But now I can look out the window from my livingroom and see where my sister lays to rest her SLsoul... The house still needs lots of work as we only just got it set up so it looks pretty simple still, but my cats are happy now its so cold outside that they can go inside where its warm and nice, and lay by the fire.. IF I remember correctly (and my memory is a mess) When I got married in 2009 I had issues with my card as the card had my old name on it and not my new name, so account details and card info did not match... which they have too (im pretty sure I remember this part right -->) I remember I contacted them to let them know why I had changed the name on the account but could not do so on the old card and had to wait for a new one... But..... then again I do remember using my husbands card once aswell soooo.... uhmmm... nevermind me *giggless.. But.. what Im trying to say... is, that there might be an issue with the card info and account info did not match... Have a good weekend, and welcome
