  1. Thats an awesome idea, only it would be kind of akward to be a real estate company renting land from competition :matte-motes-big-grin-squint: I did happen to find a parcel for my company and found some cool places to hangout, and my fiance just joined SL so things are all going great. Thanks for the help!
  2. Thanks guys, and yes Griffin that's exactly it, I kept searching "sim ..." or "terrain ...". Explains why I never found it..:matte-motes-big-grin-squint:
  3. Alright, so a few months back I remember seeing this item for about $30 USD and you could create hills and whatever else you wanted on your sim (it basically was a very advanced tool used to replace the sl terrain editor) but for the life of me I can't remember what it was named or who created it. I've been searching the marketplace for hours trying to find it with no luck. It also had some Youtube videos but I can't find them either... does anybody happen to own one or know of what I am talking about and can tell me the object name/creator name?? Even if you think you might've saw it and have a guess at the name it would be very helpful, I know it could have been taken out of the marketplace but if I can get the creator's name I can IM them in-world and see if I can still purchase a copy of it... Thanks for any help you can provide! ~ 15Rocky "Rocky" Sicling
  4. Alright I will look it up, thanks :smileyhappy:
  5. So I was vacant from Second Life all of 2008-2009 and since then I have been off and on trying to find a list of cool places to hangout. I'm looking to start a company here soon but I'm holding off because I want to get back into SL like I used to be, on every day with something to do and someone to talk to. All of my previous friends from SL are either gone or just aren't replying..:robotsad: So, does anybody know of some popular places? I'm thinking of somewhere small, so no nightclubs or high script areas please. :robotvery-happy:
  6. Alright, was getting set up to try and teach a class about starting a business in Second Life. Decided I should test the program out before I went to present. I tried logging in but I got that well-known "clock set incorrectly" error, but the Mac is set to Auto PST??? I looked through the other answers and tried them but here is some info: + Setting the clock back then forward one hour didn't work. + Firewall is not blocking Second Life. + As I said before, clock is set to auto adjust and the location on the map is correct. Anyone know a solution or a possible solution I could try? Any help is greatly appreciated.:robothappy:
