  1. I have transactions pending from 30th Dec, 2nd Jan and 5th Jan across 2 accounts, but they are all delayed. I need to pay my webhost before the end of the 11th, but have no RL money to spare in my back for it. >_< Any way of cashing out faster though another legit exhange method? I have heard about Virwox, but not sure how that works.

Well for me, the purchases were between 100-300l each over a period of time, I really should have spotted it earlier but was distracted from SL due to RL, I only noticed it as a problem when I realized I didn't have enough L to continue paying rent on my store land. Thankfully, after pushing to keep the ticket open, Dakota Linden put the issue to her supervisors who agreed to re-credit me the lost profits, which I am very greatful for. It goes to show that the current magic box system is flawed, and I hope that these issues can be avoided completely when the new magix box-less delivery system is launched.
  3. After lots of pushing for the case to stay open, Daktoa Linden has forwarded it to her supervisor. So hopefully -fingers crossed- I might get reimbursed for the loss of earnings. How many others are experiencing this problem?
  4. Yeah, the box is working again now, which is great, atleast I wont lose anymore sales. Cheers for the advice. But it is $27 worth of Lindens, not something I am happy about losing. It is almost like the Lindens only want to do the bare minimum of customer support. I know they can look in inventory transfer logs to confirm the items were delivered, yet they refuse to do so. Which is very poor service to offer to a paying customer.

Thank you for the advice on resetting the magic boxes, but the main issue here is being ignored by LL, they are refusing to help reimburse me for lost profits and are telling me to start IMing customers and asking for payment from them. I highly doubt they will appreciate being contacted for payment after they already have the product, and do not expect for many to be honest enough to pay. I am really disappointed in the customer support I have been given, and I will not be paying for Premium membership again.
  6. I am having a serious Marketplace problem and I don't know why. My marketplace was working fine and delivering my products to customers, until July 29th. Everything after this date says "Delivery partially failed" in my transaction history and the details of these transactions says not paid. I even IMed some customers and asked if they recieved their products, and they have told me that they have. So if they are being delivered, and customers are recieving them, why am I not being paid? I have 8 pages of transaction history on my marketplace account, all with supposed failed deliveries I have not been paid for. I went through and added up the total of lost income and it is L$6780 of profits I havent been paid. And now I am seriously struggling to cover the tier of my inworld store. What is gonig on and how can I have this fixed?
  7. I agree with users who say that Premium account holders should be able to lock their username to avoid usage as a display name. I would certainly upgrade to premium for such a feature.
