Sky Condo Enterprise Event runs until 11/20/2019 or until Units in these 2 areas are full. In this Event we are giving a Free Condo to use for a 2 week period in our New Areas in Sim ~Gertrude~ and Sim ~Nield~ While supply last Only. All Sky Condos have there own land for privacy and media. You must join the group " Sky Condo Enterprise " to place your Prims out. All Condo Lands have auto return on. ~Gertrude~ Has 10 rental units - 4-Units(1-4) 110 prims = Price 110 L's per week, 4-Units(5-8) 130 prims = Price 130 L's per week, 2-Uints (9,10) 200 prims = 200 L's per week. ~Nield~ Has 10 rental Units - 5-Units(1-5) 75 prims = Price 75 L's per week, 5-Units(6-10) 50 prims = 50 L's per week. Sky Condo Enterprise Hello and Welcome to Sky Condo Enterprise. This is a short information card to give you an idea of rentals. We have over 60 Condos in (Main rental area is Thorstar ) other sim areas are Gertrude and Nield. Cost of Prims 1 L's = 1 prim. Your prim usage is over and above the prims of the unit, so this is the "Actual" amount of prims for your own use. We can adjust the number of prims and price within reason, so if you'd like more prims please contact us. (Please note we can up or down prims for $1 each per week.) Prices start at 50 L's per week for 50 Prims and go up from there. All units have there own land lot and are spaced to insure optimum privacy, so your neighbors don't hear you and you don't hear them. Every Unit has its Own Land Lot for media and your privacy.
