    Thank you. I actually saw that one and wondered if it was good or not. Always hard to tell in Marketplace pix. Took a chance and it is perfect once I took off the bottom square piece!

    Working on exterior of the Heaton. 

    Have no idea when interior will start. It's not my main house so I have time to think it through.

    If anyone can guide me to where I can find an animated (water flowing) faucet/spigot of a fountain I'd be grateful. None of the fountains I own have the right type I'm looking for or I'd just take one of those apart.

    Wasn't sure if I'd get one of these homes but, they wound up looking a lot better than in the preview. I do like the way the neighborhoods look and the homes are spacious and will lend themselves to decorating in a style I enjoy.

    After a few tries I got a house in Coin Toss with the back yard facing the lake. It's a very nice spot. Right now the front has an ocean view from the front but of course eventually that will be extended into land for more homes.

    Best thing? An ice cream truck showed up! How cute is this? It sat in front of my house for a couple of minutes, opened the freezer, waited and left. Next time I see if going to find out if I can get any ices off him.

    I like that LL had a furnished house in this demo region. I think they should keep on with it. Have landing point in a square with 4 different houses and "Click here to teleport to an unfurnished house" next to it. The furniture style is what 90 % of residents would have in a home, so it was perfect for the broad audience. Not modern, but safe to pick.

    Well Springs was another I left. 

    I downgraded most of my alts and right now my main doesn't have a Linden home. I've been rolling the dice for a couple of weeks but have not found anything worth keeping.

    I agree that Victorians was peak time. After that, the cloning came in with full force. I think the landscaping has missed something since then. Or it is my cycle of interest that was on the way down, and the cloning made it go faster.

    @Mercedes Avon, I think you are right in that we got something modern, but not the modern we wanted. But I am sorry to say, after I googled container homes and I look at the images, then I try to compare it with the new theme and... I recognize some parts, but others not. Vertical brick ribs? Big roof overhangs? I do not think we got container homes either, but someones idea of container home with big roof overhangs and bricks added on.

    I am content. But not enthusiastic. They will do, I am going to try one despite what I have said. It took LL so long time to deliver a modern theme,  so I am going to use it while I am Premium.

    I think a refreshment of the Traditionals is more exiting, especially if they do more than add individual colors for the rooms. I yearn for the originality of Old Bellisseria, and still regret the one I abandoned in Humansville.

    I regret, that I too let that home go. It was rather perfect. Hindsight and all.

    Hi Charlotte! I was trying to be helpful to the OP by suggesting your homes. I do use them frequently but perhaps the way I wrote that wasn't clear enough.

    I actually have The Hoxtan rezzed on my land now and am having a blast making small changes and decorating it. One of my favs so far 😍

    This location in Fantasyland's Augment region is amazing.

    I derezzed the house to show the land better. It's wonderful, kind of sitting on a peninsula, surrounded on 3 sides by water, 2 bridges flanking and to top it off a straight on view of small island out there in the near distance. 

    This, was an abandon. Got it last week. The first house I got in Fantasyland was this region, also quite lovely but not like this. Muchos besos to whomever let this beauty go.

    I have had my share of good locations on alts. It was a thing I could afford then and not now.

    I rent a good location on Mainland, so I do not sit and cry in a sandbox! 😆

    Same. All my Belli homes are more or less temporary. Some harder to release than others but eventually all get turned over for something new. I have a few alts coming up for renewal in a month or so and probably will not keep them premium at this point. The homes I have now all are all in pretty good locations and probably almost impossible to improve on them.

    I wasn't lucky there. It was just by the water's edge in Bishopshead, I think. Or the other "B" region next to it.

    I hate to tell you but I think that's one of my alts that got it. I know it was about a week ago give or take.

    Bishopshead, dead end street, cute little waterfront promenade in the front of the house with a good sea view from the side facing off to the other side of the cove and pink hydrangeas?

    I really wasn't sure at first but the surroundings won me over. I took a canoe ride through the waterways and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The Moles have inserted a lot of ambient sounds; water gently lapping, frogs, birds, etc. When it's nighttime and everything starts to glow it's particularly endearing. I had a ton of odd objects which I never had the reason to rez much as I love them. I'm enjoying rezzing out some old favorites and finally being able to enjoy them.
