    [1] Can two Homestead Regions be neighbors to each other?! Or, to state it another way... Can two Homestead Regions be connected, as neighbor sims? [2] If an account holder already owning a Full Region were to purchase and sale a Homestead Region, what would be the situation if the new owner didn't own his/her very own Full Region?
