More prims in the land we get larger number of groups to join

If two premium alts buy 1024 sqm plots of land next to each other, can the land be joined and the tiers still not paid?

Hi, I am an old Premium member (2009, before Linden gave free houses) - I have been reading about this upgrade or premium members and I would like to know how it applies to me. I own a small piece of land that land I bought years ago (512 sqm plot). Can anyone shed some light on if i can add another 512 sqm plot with a house? Or, if i wanted a 1024 sqm plot, do i abandon (or sell) my existing land a buy a new plot? Thank you.

Ok. So I got a new pc – Dell XPS 8900, 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Non-ECC, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 C5FY16, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 4G DDR. Now, while everything loads faster, and I can have higher graphics and move around in SL easier, I am unable to open boxes to retrieve their contents, and I cannot edit an item and see its contents ether. In both cases, I get “Loading contents…” and nothing happens. I have done several clean reinstalls of Firestorm, both the latest version and the previous one, plus the latest SL viewer and the Singularity viewer. I was using a Wi-Fi connection but have switched back to the Ethernet connection. I have restarted the modem, the router and reinstalled Firestorm several times. I am currently using the 32 bit version, although my pc will easily run the 64 bit versions too – but both produce the same “Loading contents…” result. On my old pc, a 2010 Dell Optiplex GX 280 with much lower NVIDIA graphic drivers, I could open boxes and edit items right away. One person is telling me it is due to Packet Loss, but the IT guy at work ( a major University in Canada) says that should not affect things. It almost seems to me it is as if there is some restriction on me opening scripts… or some switch turned on (or not turned on) that lets me load things - but definitely an issue with loading contents. This, of course, makes unpacking any bought items a nuisance. Any thoughts on how to fix this??

yup, they are my items. I could open them before. I can't even open an online hud now that has only 2 items in it!! One, the config script ....

I just got a new pc and now i cannot i open boxes or load the contents of objects in edit mode :( On my oold pc, everything worked fine. Sometimes, I can open a box, then it will not do it anymore - almost as if there is a limit on how many i can open. I am using Windows 10 (which i was before, on old cp). and i now have a Dell XPS 8900 with an intel core i7-6700 cpu and 16.0 GB of installed ram; 64 bit operating system. Yes, the items are mine. I can't even open a hud with 2 items in it, one the config card! :( UPDATE: problem solved: it turns out the PC came with some software for me to try called ByteFence Anti-Malware. It kept opening every 10-15 minutes wanting to run a scan. This was using up a lot or resources on the pc running in the background. So, when i ended the program so it couldn't run, i was able to do everything in SL again! :D
