Okay so every single month before now I just went to my account page, go under Linden Exchange, hit manage, increase credit and then just pay a simple US dollar amount to cover my land tier costs. When I go there today suddenly I get some message about how they streamlined the service and I need to buy Lindens.... What the hell is this? Do I seriously now have to buy lindens for the amount, and pay a fee, then pay another fee to convert said lindens into US credit to cover my land tier? What was a simple process before has become what seems like a nickel diming joke. If I'm wrong and I hope I am I apologise but this is what it looks like, and the phone line help for premium members is of no use cause it just keeps hanging up on me saying they are too busy.
