it seems everytime I try to put clothes on or even relog I end up with half my wardrobe on..any solutions?

ok..it is mod..its an empty hud with animations from same company, no example notecard included ;(...I opened NC in contents and tried to just type animation info in..so animation name is there but no animation...any ideas? shouldnt you be able to just drag and drop or add to contents? ..having read posts..I see a bit more is needed not sure how to add to NC though  

Ive tried editing were I drag it into content..or drag and drop..once Hud is on ground..neither is working..help!! smiles..thanks in advance for any suggestions
