  1. I know this is old, but I have seen multiple people mention this same issue across multiple threads and chat servers but none of the recommendations worked for me, so I'm sharing here. Tangent - I found it odd that the parent error so often seemed to occur with objects that had "Circle" in the name... and in my case too, which is what spurred the in-depth review. This may not work for everyone, but I wanted to share the troubleshooting process and what worked for me. Note: I use FS viewer, so some features may differ. TL;DR: Remove spaces and special characters from your object / mesh ID data names (the level with the little green triangle) and try to upload again. Error: LOD Model has no parent - In the viewer, look at the Log tab on the model uploader and enable "Show detailed logging" - At the bottom of the log area, click "Clear settings/reset form" and wait for the log to update again - Scroll down the list until you see object(s) throwing error(s) - Examples: - "LOD4: List of models does not include Circle" - "Model Circle was not used - mismatching lod models." - "Model Circle_LOD0 was not used - mismatching lod models." I had nothing in my file specifically named "Circle", so I had to figure out a way to identify which object it was referring to... - Open the .dae file with Xcode (or Windows equivalent) and click the little panel icon at the bottom to open Scene Graph View on the left nav to list all components - Find the corresponding object(s) in the list with a matching name (if there is a way to view this in Blender, that info would be appreciated, as it did not match anything I had visibility to by default...) - Click the object(s) in the left nav to see it highlight in the preview - that is your potential culprit - If you have multiple items with the same object name, they may not be in the order you expect on the left. Scroll through the list, selecting and making a note of which objects you need to check as you go - Go back to Blender, select each potential culprit object in the viewport individually to review - In the outliner Scene (defaulted on the right nav), expand to look at the corresponding object (orange triangles) / mesh ID data names (little green triangles) - Edit the data related to object(s) / mesh - rename, ungroup, etc to test - Go back to SL, try the upload again (be patient while it processes, as it can take a moment) - Recheck the log for more errors, if necessary, and work from there In my instance, I had 16 objects named with some variation like "Circle One", "Circle Two", etc and the log only picked up "Circle" from the name to report in the error logging, so it took me a while to pinpoint. FIX: I renamed each circle object without any spaces or special characters and upload was (finally) successful.
  2. @Quistess Alpha Thanks for the link! I will see if I can get Xcode installed to compile C (in verbose mode) and do some more reading on how to do this. I'm not entirely familiar with doing many actions via the command terminal (so it is best that I do not), but if you have any docs/white pages on how to use the Anim Converter from an end user perspective, I would be most appreciative! It sounds very promising. I found some docs online, but they are a few years old and your commits look to be very recent. Much appreciated!
  3. It has been a busy 24 hours with SL19B wrapping up, so I'm just getting back to this... 🎉 Thanks for the feedback @Extrude Ragu! It seemed that Wine was supposed to handle that conversion as part of the setup (as this is a pretty common need). I tried a few different options on the bottler UI, but still no luck. Digging around a bit more, it looks like 32 bit support might have been phased out and Wine/WineBottler may only be compatible with prior MacOS versions (like High Sierra) - yay! Luckily, I do have an old Mac that I might try this on later. If that is not successful, then I may look into using a VM tool or bootcamp because I have no reliable Windows machines on hand, or I will try the converter Quistess linked. I have many paths to choose from at this point! I really appreciate you trying another method. In this instance, I can see a window briefly appear, then disappear when I try to open the download, but nothing happens after that. I was hoping Wine would be the magic key to using your program, which looks very easy to use and comprehensive! I will check out the other routes when I have more time to poke around. Thanks for your assistance!
  4. This is awesome, Extrude! I was really hoping I could use it because I have some animations that have long ease out values, so they don't transition smoothly... as well as some that I really need to change the priority on. This looks very promising! I tried to use WineBottler to wrap it and Wine to play with it on my Mac. Is the .exe the installer or the actual program? Unfortunately, I get a "Bad CPU type in executable" in the debug report if I try to treat it as either type. Would it be possible to package it for use this way? It looks like there are options for the developer to use it in that manner. I am happy to test it out for you, if needed.
  5. Yeah, I finally got my email with a list of about 5 items that needed to be fixed. I'm glad to see at least something is being done about the wrong images. I just wish I could get rid of those listings completely. I've since recreated them in my store, so I no longer need the invalid ones to be shown... Kudos to LL for trying to resolve this long standing issue, at least. ~*~ Dreamy ~*~
  6. I had the same thing happen to me today, but all of my items show active. I cannot figure out what they removed either... I wish they would list what was affected so we can go fix whatever the issue was... Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Dreamscaped Dagger
  7. United Fantasy Merchants is a good group to start with. As with most groups, there are rules and regulations around how often you can send out notifications to the group members. You may also watch for fantasy RP hunts with United InshCon. ~* Dreamy *~
