Welcome, Kim. Good luck in the new position. If I can offer one suggestion: "challenge assumptions". Linden Lab seems to have a real track record of taking steps which indicate that they are out of touch with fabric of what's going on in Second Life. So, please... challenge. Best Regards, - JB
