i´m experience some problems in my sl .i´ve type once on the local chat an appears twice,also heapens with my lindens i pay once and give away twice.can anyone help me to resolve this problem

I'm experincing problems with chat , payments and building, i'm charged twice in chat appears twice the same sentence and when i'm building it rezzes twice in the same location , can anyone help me?
