Hello Jolanda. Have you ever before logged in with your alt to the aditi-grid? I suppose no. The aditi-grid (test-grid) has an user-database that is completely seperated from the agni-grid (the live grid). In former times, LL took a "snapshot" of the agni-databases about once a month or so and transferred it to the aditi-grid. So it was possible, that new created avatars could also log in to aditi-grid after some reasonable time. But this times have gone. My alt is more than 400 days old and is even not able to log in to the aditi-grid for the same reason. Until now I did not ask for a database-refresh simply because it was not necessary. Ask Oskar Linden inworld for a account transfer of the db-entries according your alt.
