Trinitydawn Destiny

I think it must be because of lag? Everything I type in chat and IM's does it twice. When I move, I keep on moving for quite awhile. If I try to move an object it does not move right because it keeps moving after I have stopped. It is very frustrating and I can't do anything fun in SL. Anyone have any ideas whats wrong?
