Darkwater Sapphire

Second Life is crashing during the "Connecting to Region" step of logging in, and despite everything I tried, (router/computer restarts, reinstalls, troubleshooting tips) nothing seems to work at all. Please tell me what I can do to get Second Life working again. I've tried loggin in to a different region, and even if it does get past the initial problem, it still crashes on the "Loading World..." step instead.
