I have the same problem. I've put money in my paypal account and set it to USD, but still keeps asking me for my credit card data.... Very contradictive indeed!

I don't have a credit card, but I can put money on my paypal account. Is it possible for me to add my paypal account? The way I see it, I can only add it when I fill in my credit card data. (which I don't have)
