  1. Hello Kahlan, in Viewer 1.23 go to Preferences > Web tab > Browser cache

Click Clear Now to clear the browser's cache.

In Viewer 2 go to My Preferences > Privacy > Clear History

Deletes your travel, web and search history the next time you log in, similar to clearing your history in a web browser:

    • Clears landmarks from where you've traveled in Second Life saved in your PLACES - TELEPORT HISTORY.

    • Removes content you've downloaded in the in-Viewer browser.

Check your Flash Player, Quicktime and Java are up-to -date.

Before you log in, Clear the   Cache from Outside Second Life You can check the Disk Cache   location from the login screen Preferences > Setup or Network. Log into Region Pooley or Aqua, see Changing   your login location and let your Inventory fully load.

If you still have a problem, reset your settings to default settings, without reinstalling Second  Life, by

.. moving all of your existing  settings files to  a different, temporary directory.  Next time Second  Life starts, it will create a new, default set of settings files. Your  settings files  can be found in the following  location

    Clear your Internet Browser Cache.

    Hope this helps : )

  4. Hello Rodrigo, please see What is a "pending sale"?

    What is a "pending sale"?

A pending sale usually means one of two things:

    • You're trying to buy something with USD and your payment is being held for review. In those cases, the item isn't delivered and the funds aren't deducted from your account until we approve the transaction involved.
    • Xstreet SL is having trouble delivering the item due to problems inworld within Second Life. Xstreet attempts to execute the sale for two hours, during which time it appears as a "Pending" sale on our website.
      • If the delivery succeeds, the sale completes, you receive the item, and the funds are transferred to the merchant.
      • If the delivery fails, the sale is cancelled, and your funds are returned to your Xstreet account.

If you are still having problems, you can submit a Ticket with Support at http://support.secondlife.com/ see Ticket Types

Be sure to use the Special Questions - Basic Account or Guest Login ticket type from the dropdown list  when entering the information requested.

Basic account holders and Guests can submit tickets for the following issues:

    Xstreet SL Shopping

    Hope this helps

  7. Hello Kardargo, other Residents have also requested this New Feature and created a pJIRA issue Rezz only the sim where you are option

Any comments you wish to add on the issue or the linked issues, and your votes, will give useful information to the Developers.

As Q Linden says on this Blog post Taking technical feedback from Residents

How the bug report is handled

After submitting an issue, you might want to point it out to some friends. People can vote for issues they care about. Linden Lab uses vote count to help point out the issues we should pay the most attention to. Vote count is not the only measure, of course, but all things being equal, an issue with more votes will get attention sooner.

  8. Hello Koni, please see these SL Wiki articles Submitting code and Snowglobe Development Process

Re this issue, please see the Snowglobe Project A tool_tip is obscuring our view when typing into the Chat Bar. Fix Version is scheduled for Snowglobe 1.4

  9. Hello Navy, this has been reported by other Residents on pJIRA You can't list Mature events on Adult Region

The workaround is to create as a PG event and as long as the event is on an Adult region, it will show up as Adult inworld.

Please add your comments and vote on the pJIRA issue.

  10. Hello Zyna, if your Age Verification process was successful. Please change your Preferences and click Apply and OK. Then close and restart the Viewer.

    Also see these links ..

If you want to be Age verified you can do this manually, see What happens if I experience problems when I try to verify my identity?

If you want to be Adult verified, see Linden Lab Official:How to become verified as an adult

64px-KBtip.png Tip: If you need to change your Preferred Maturity setting, you can find it in Edit > Preferences, then click General tab. Look for the dropdown next to I want to access content rated. The highest level is PG, Mature, and Adult.

To see how the different verifications might affect your access to Regions, see Linden Lab Official:What are the different types of Account Verification?

Use this flowchart to figure out why you may be able or unable to access a Parcel of land within a Region (which in turn belongs to an Estate).

    Hope this helps

  12. Do you see this semi-transparency with both computers that you use ? Are you using the recommended Graphics settings, with Hardware Skinning unchecked ?

The latest version of the ATI Catalyst 10.1 was released on 1/27/2010 OpenGL Version: 3.2.9252. ATI do not seem to be providing drivers for the ATI Mobility Radeon X1400.

    System Requirements

Your computer must meet these REQUIREMENTS, or you may not be able to successfully participate in Second Life.

  13. Hello Sakaro, try restoring to default settings without reinstalling Second Life, move all of your existing settings files to a different, temporary directory. Next time Second Life starts, it will create a new, default set of settings files, see User Settings

Before you log in, Clear the Cache from Outside Second Life You can check the Disk Cache location from the login screen Edit > Preferences > Network.

Log into Region Pooley or Aqua, see Changing your login location

If you still have this problem, please let us know your computer specs (How do I find my system information?) including the Graphics Card driver version.

This has also been reported by other Residents on pJIRA (ATI) avatar appears semi transparent in latest (1.23.4) viewer

Your computer specs, comments, screenshot and vote will give useful information to the Developers.
