Hi when i install the new update it fails to complete and i have to abort everytime i try i keep getting an error about a crash logger or something, im also using windows 10 which isnt mentioned in the list of operarating systems along side win 7 and 8, any assistance would be great as i now cant use sl viewer.

I have had this issue for several months now always the same error, now when i try all i get is a merchant box that has this info already in it when i open it, also the folders i put in are no longer there had this problem since the change over to direct delivery
