sorry but it is not enough to "listen" ... do something about it when an issue is reported ... there are tons of JIRA posts open for years now and still unassigned and nobody gives a damn ... in october 2009 someone filed a JIRA about a missing tool for estate owners to turn off ban lines ... he recommended a simple button in estate menu ... october 2009 ... unassigned ... never read by any Linden ...

I keep mentioning this again and again to every account manager i had since december 2010 ... 5 or 6 different in the meantime ... Emma Linden ... Scott Linden ... JT Linden ... Betty Linden ... Campbell Linden ...

I mentioned it 3 x at Jack Lindens office hour ... I sent him a notecard ... I sent him the URL to that JIRA blog post ... NO answer, no nothing ...

but they all tell me again and again how much they value my feedback and how great it is to get input from residents ... but nobody is doing something about it ... and this is just one out of thousands of cases ...

I understand it cannot all be done within 24 hours - nobody is expecting that. but 17 months ?!
