My Question is simple, I'm about to get a new laptop with Windows 8 installed on it as per my school's requirements for the degree program I am in. I see that the SL viewer is rated to work on XP, Vista, or 7 but no mention of Windows 8. Does anyone if the viewer will work on Windows 8?

I really want to see if I can make my own viewer for SL but I'm not sure where to get everything I need to do so. Can anyone tell me where to get things like the basic source code for a sl viewer?
