Pepsi Moon

When I log on and am in game I click on my friends list to see who's online nothing happens..Same with chat log when I get a URL from someone ..Seems that my friends list is just...well.. gone..Please help..PS Ive uninstalled phoenix and reinstalled to no avail,and cleared my network and web cache..Thanks , Pepsi Moon
