If several people have stated they recall things differently than as implausible as it may seem to you, that is the most likely truth. And I don't lie, either. I have a wild imagination as has been exhibited many times in the old RA and on the current feeds, but I see no reason to lie about something that could be so easily contradicted with a quick search through the archives. You're right about one thing, the discussion is finished since you refuse to educate yourself and prefer to rely upon misguided instincts. My last suggestion is you recognize that aspect of yourself and try to take something from this when moving forward as unfortunately you are exhibiting precisely the same behavior in regards to Celestiall.

That's fine with me if you want to get it locked, Phil. This thread is pointless as you are mistaken and I see you will not admit it to yourself. I remember you very well, also, and how tenacious you can be in arguing a pointless argument until a thread gets locked. I am going to have to disagree with you about what precisely set Rhonda off as neither of us were in her head, and neither of us can be sure. I do of course remember Amara leaving and was also saddened by it as were all the participants in the Undying. Whether it was that or the linebacker comment that provoked the explosion, who knows. It may have been Pep calling Bran chubby in FC chat or Elora saggy at every opportunity. Who cares. Everyone who frequented the Undying knew what Pep was like, yet no one else responed in such a manner. I understand that you have a great dislike for Pep and I think I also understand your reasons and that you are not alone in that regard. I would request that you also understand it is not a unified position about Pep and he does have friends. As one of those friends, and a fellow old forumite I can assure you he poked, he prodded and he annoyed, but he never wished harm on anyone. Phil, let me be very clear, again. Pep DID NOT wish cancer on anyone, at any point. What he did do was reference Rhonda's post ad naseum and that is the only thing you can possibly be (mis)remembering. That is what actually happened after Rhonda's flipout.

I've been out of this particular loop for quite some time. I left during the AR wars. Pity the Friday thread concept has been demolished. Actually, the best Friday threads were the ones that didn't start out that way at all, but happened to be posted close enough to a Friday to let havoc break loose.

(Venus, I expect you will be a good sport about this so...) Mayalily, if it makes you feel any better, shortly after Venus visitied your house yesterday I ran into her on the grid, purely by chance. Her name kept popping up onscreen but I couldn't spot her in the public area. I used my cam/minimap to locate her and got a nice up close and personal look. And a photo. As far as I know she had no idea. I've made a specific point of setting my viewer to hide where I am looking and/or that I am taking photos. This can happen anywhere, anytime, to anyone. I usually notify people I am taking snapshots but given the nature of this thread...oh, maybe that won't make you feel better. Nevermind. Loved the outfit though, Venus :-)
