i cant find it hidden within all the little menus and its kind of starting to irritate me!

I am contemplating leaving SL indefinately with the issues of not being able to use my inventory or rez anything on my avatat when changing outfits. I keep gettin the message "attempt to rez object failed"... I am not the only one with this issue and it seems when the issue hits it pretty much hits everyone at the same time. I am about done if there are no answers or its not stopped soon. It has gotten really bad. This would have gone to a complaint ticket but they have not made that very accesible to do so. Anyone know what is going on?

for some strange reason my avatar will NOT stop making talking motions with her hands when i am in voice chat! can anyone please help me fix that??
