Hi everyone. I am a designer in SL. I'm looking for a shop I can rent that isn't more than $150L/wk. I ONLY want to rent where it's high traffic and moderate/general grid. Not interested in being around adult rated stuff at all. I prefer a mall/community that is involved in hunts and fashion, but I might consider if it's not exactly that. I'm participating in the Plundering Villages hunt right now, but I'm looking for more hunts out there that I can participate in. No holloween themes, R rated themes or vampire themes. Other than that, anyone wants to throw some hunts out there that I propbably haven't heard of yet? Thanks guys! :D I'm trying to do whatever I can to bring traffic to my store. :)

I'm not too familiar with the way buying land works, but basically I'm looking to buy a small parcel outright. I'm looking for the best deal I can get, nothing over 1000L. It's for my fashion store. My store is about 1 month old. I'm currently participating in the Sour Pickles " Plundering Villages" hunt which does bring in some traffic. But I would like some ideas on what kind of other things will help increase traffic to my store and help it become better known? Also, I'm on the watch for other hunts I could participate in as a designer. Nothing that deals with holloween or is mature rated.

I really love designing clothes and I currently have 2 locations, one main store. Anyway, to get to the point: I am currently in the watch of possibly partnering up with another female designer. No, not a partner who wants to own Love Culture with me. Instead, the idea of this is to partner up with someone who has their own designer line, and would like to rent land together for both of our main stores. Yes, I would love to host events together such as hunts and sales. This will bring great support to the both of us by putting our ideas together to create a fun fashion community! I'm also hoping to start a fashion blog of not just freebies but great sale deals of clothing. Now I'm not looking for just anyone. I'm Christian, and I don't want to become partners with someone who swears, or has a "mature" rated avatar or profile. You get the point.
