there is a support group for casperlet, and they can explain to you how to use it. You should have gotten an invite to the support group when you purchased casperlet. That would be the place to ask for help on how to set up casperlet.

Here is their wiki page:  CasperTech User Support Group Charter - CasperTech Wiki (casperdns.com)

If you did not get the invite to the support group, click the link to CasperVend 2/Getting Help - CasperTech Wiki (casperdns.com)  for instructions.

Thank you so much!  Everyone here has been so wonderful in their willingness to help.  It really is so appreciated!

The way it works is that each parcel is allotted a certain number of Land Impact allowance (prims) based on the size of the parcel AND the total LI allowance allotted to the region.  But pretty much any parcel can use more than their allowance as long as the allowance is available on the region. That is how it works if you own all the land, such as a private region.

If you want to break up who is allowed how many prims differently than how SL does it, you can use a tool to do that, such as casperlet.

I am so sorry to bother you again, but what a mess I have on my hands.  I got the extra prims, and they've been distributed throughout the sim.  I do have the casperlet rental system but have no clue how to do it through that.  Do you know and if so, can you explain to me in the simplest terms possible?  Thank you so much for any help you can give me.

There are also items you can buy on the MP that keep track of prim counts at a parcel level. Or use the basic land info window to explore what number of prims are owned by you versus your friend. May not be entorely accurate, since you might decorate part of their parcel so counted as yours despte being on their piece.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me.  It is so appreciated.  I finally understand it all!

First, thank you so much for any help you can give me.

    As simple as possible:

I own a private region.  I would like to purchase the additional 10,000 prims offered by LL.  I have some of the land rented, but own the majority myself.  My questions are ...

    1.  Can I keep all of the 10,000 prims on just my personal parcel? (17744 m)
    2.  Can I keep 5000 of those prims for myself, and give a friend on the sim the other 5000? (Her parcel is 6080 m)
    3.  If I want, can I gift additional prims to my tennants.

I am so sorry for being such a SL Dummy.  My thing on SL is shopping and spending money, not this tech stuff.  Again, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I can't begin to thank you for taking the time to answer!  Just like that, with your explanation, I understand.  You've made my day, thank you so very, very much!
