I'm not a "weirdo," as was so eloquently put. As a part-time roleplayer, the heights of my avatars depends on their nature. I sometimes create my own original characters, just as an author decides how tall or short their characters are in a book, I decide the height of my characters based on the type of creature or class they are. So if I want to imagine my character as an eight-foot-tall demon, I can do that, making an eight foot tall avatar in SL. Other people get to decide if they want to interact with the character (me) or not, but they don't get to disparage and belittle me for my choice.

As a gender-fluid individual, I seek places where I can feel comfortable. The only place I can think of that may or may not be appropriate is Harlow's. Harlow’s is a woman-only club, with no male avatars. It claims to be the longest female-ran place in SL. However! It’s a music and dance venue. I attended once (in a female avatar of course!), but as a woman in real life who plays many a different male avatar (because I can't stop at just one), it doesn't feel like the right fit for me. I'm sorry that I cannot be more helpful.

As an extroverted person, I thrive on social interactions, but my social skills sometimes hold me back. It took me a considerable amount of time to connect with people who share my sense of being an outcast in real life. While I draw energy from groups, I don’t feel the urge to engage in voice chats or explore VRChat (perhaps because I consider myself a bit “old” for that and the goggles make me feel ill). Texting and role-playing suffice for me. My imagination is a powerful asset—I used to be an artist, and I still enjoy putting together avatars and acting out in various roles. Fictional characters captivate me; their stories and complexities fascinate me deeply. Being extroverted doesn’t mean I never crave solitude; there are moments when I intentionally pursue activities alone. After all, not everyone shares my interests. Ultimately, companionship matters most to me. Whether it’s discussing the real world, engaging in role-play, exploring, or simply enjoying music and dancing with other avatars, I seek connection. Unfortunately, life doesn’t always align with our desires; people have their off days. Second Life provides me with an avenue to communicate, especially since I often feel hopeless in face-to-face interactions. As an extrovert, I don’t always need to be the life of the party or have an entourage. I stumble at times, and I’ve never been one to confine individuals to tiny, cramped boxes—that seems unrealistic to me.

I am seeking someone who could create an acorn or similar shaped gravestone-colored plaque I can put on a wall, and I am willing to pay 1,000 L$. I won't need a picture, just text, on it. I have two friends I see often at a club that have made adult looking anime characters with "*specific anime head/body brands" of both regular human and demon/beasties/monsters. It's not completely impossible. *One of them uses the Kuroo body which I believe one of you referenced and still passes as an adult in my book.

I think this is worth bumping. The parcel fee is now being deducted as of last week. I'm waiting to see if it holds up later for this week, as well.

I upgraded to the Premium Plus. For the past two weeks, Governor Linden has not been taking out the $L30 parcel directory fee like it used to. I double-checked to see if the box was still clicked on the parcel and it is. Is that parcel directory fee waived, because I'm Premium Plus or is it a glitch/oversight? I don't want to be caught unawares by an "in arrears" $L debt.

After reading some of these opinions, I guess I'm a woman pretending to be a man pretending to be a woman. Discussions on what a man or woman is supposed to act or not supposed to act are why I am gender-questioning in reals on an almost daily basis. It makes me wonder if this is why I don't fit in anywhere. I haven't found a gender-fluid community or tribe so to speak, so I feel as if I'm adrift and lost in real life. If there's another planet that I am supposed to live on, I hope to go soon, because this one is not my home.

I'm hearing that an asymmetrical tattoo or layer can be created for Slink Physique Redux male for the left arm, using the harness? If so I would like to hire/commission an artist to create a healing burn scar tattoo/BOM if possible, for use on the left arm, but not the hand, just the arm (mid-upper arm to lower fore-arm) Am also looking to pay the artist in USD. Thanks.

They are the most annoying creation on the Second Life grid. Just how many bots is one player allowed to even have? You (general you) just get a feeling that you know they're all owned by the same person because it's the same naming convention over and over. You ignore and ban one; another one comes into your supposedly private island. I get that LL thinks they're okay as long as they don't IM you or whatever, but seriously? The sheer amount alone is nuts! Five or six a day. Heck even a few times one after another. So yeah go ahead and ignore or block, more will take their place. There totally needs to be a limit but will LL do anything. No. They're perfectly fine. (I had to lock my island down to Payment Info on File only; unfortunately, they now rez into the renter's parcel who has no such lock down on their parcel.)

Oh my gods. Thank you so much. Your assistance was valuable. It was the eye applier HUD that had the left and right buttons! I found the buttons (they finally made an appearance) when I un-ticked "show highlight" on the applier HUD itself.

With the latest Catwa head update, I have EYES RIG v3.4. For the life of me I cannot find how to make left and right eyes different colors. I can't find anything in the Master HUD nor in the Eyes HUD M v4.5. I have Catwa eye appliers that will apply to the left eye, but the right eye does not accept the applier. A review on the eyes said it was easy to do two differently colored eyes with Catwa, because the eyes had a left and right button. I see no such buttons. Is there a way to fix this issue?

You could try Heart of Gold. It's not as populated as say IYC. On Sunday nights in particular, there is a DJane that plays rock mixed in with some novelty songs. She gets a fairly active local chat going. There's a few of us are over 45. I am, but I'm hardly mature (and not really a furry), but I'm sure the others might be more your cup of tea. Friday night is more quiet, but the DJ plays rock on occasion and some specialty sets. He is one of the original furries and I believe over 55 years old.

My favorite colors are terracotta, celadon-jade green, turquoise, pale pink, and cobalt blue.

I'm over 40. Most of my SL activity focuses around attending DJ sets.

Raimi after Ted Raimi after he played Joxer the Mighty on Xena: Warrior Princess, and I became intrigued with the actor (try to see every movie he's been in.) He usually plays characters that are clumsy, mean well in their deeds, and are different from 'regular' people in some way. Like me in real life. Syaka (from the list when it existed) because I wanted my avatar to be perceived as from Japanese animation, which I like to watch on rare occasion.

Yes. It is set in the parcel. And they still cannot terraform. (Also, from my understanding now, the entire region also has to be set along with the parcel? I'd rather they not be able to change my region, only the parcel but it looks like I will have to set both?)
