How long does it take to get group dividends from selling group owned land? I sold a parcel this afternoon and the money shows in the group profile but has yet been credited to my account. I'm the only one receiving dividends from group. Thanks! ETA Why can't I tier down?? I don't own that land anymore :(

Make sure the parcel your stepping onto when you leave your parcel doesn't have it on too. If it is off then something is wrong with the sim. LL needs to come out and check it. The manager, sim owner or you can file a ticket and get them to look at the sim. Jacki ETA Try the official viewer too.

They all are working on our parcels. I'm using FS 4.4.2 as well. How do you know it's not showing you when it is checked? Has someone told you they can't see you? The manager should be on live chat or filing a ticket with LL to have this checked out. Have you filed a ticket? Jacki

Hi, I had this same thing happen to me. Are you running a AMD graphics card? If so uninstall it and reinstall 12.1 version. Thats the last version that doesn't flash. Also if you can post your computers spec so we know what else might cause this. Just my two cents

Yes you could easily sail through this. He wouldn't have to change a thing. He would just have to turn off the orb And yes they are stacked. This is up by the top of Nautilus I think it is and there is protected water in front of me that leads to the continent that is where the Hangout is. I forgot the name. But you used to be able to fly or sail from blake to the upper continent. I agree LL needs to have some sort of covenant for the waters

They have completely blocked the 2 Sims next to me with orbs you can't fly or sail through. I asked him nice once to let boats by, but he refused. Rather rudely stating that he could do what ever he liked. So, his tenants have access to the upper Blake and all others get orbed and kicked out. I as a land owner would think the ambiance of boats sailing by would be an attraction to renters. Who knows. He's not making any friends by blocking water and sky over his properties. Don't know why LL allows him to block the waterway. Very sad indeed. :smileysad:
