You should have all the avi's in your inventory. try using the filter and serch for dog.

At the log in screen of your viewer top left should be a edit or preference tab. Go into the prefences and lower your graphics then see if it will log you on. Clearing your cache while your in the preferences would be a good idea to. Close the viewer then restart.
