I join a group if I really like the store's products so that I can be informed when new stuff comes out. However, if I get a group invite every time I land in that store, I won't join. I'll leave the group if it gets spammy.

I'm pretty sure you can still file an AR without the screenshot. I know you used to be able to. Sounds like great customer service at that store. You don't get what you pay for, they ban you. LL won't get involved but at least if you AR them, there will be a record of it. Unfortunately, if you leave the store name in your post, you are the one who can have problems with LL. Good luck!

So, it's not wrong. It's just unacceptable and pathetic? That sounds so....wrong. Personally, I like that there are demos on the Marketplace. But it would be great if they had their own category.

Yes!! I've had the same problem! I have dozens of tops I can't wear because I can't get them to fit right. Unlike you, I'm not willing to change my shape for a designer. Now, I avoid buying tops with pieces that fit over the breast area. I know I won't get them to fit.

I don't think people get banned because they don't speak English. If they are going about their SL without griefing or causing other problems, it doesn't become an issue. However, I do think that language barriers may become a factor if someone is attempting to get an account reinstated after a ban. I'm quite sure that LL is not targeting any particular race.

Creators could give the customers the option of buying either a copy version or a trans version.

It's because the group owners/officers believe they and their group are the most important things in all of SL.
