Since a few days, I'm having a weird problem. I receive IMs fom my best friend in SL but she doesn't receive my answers. When I try to contact her, she appears ever as being offline, but when I send her an IM, I don't receive the usul "resident is offline....". But when I am offline and she send me an IM, I am able to answer by email, and she receives it. This behaviour is only between we two, we can chat by IM with everybody ese, just she never receives my IMs (nor notecards, that I tried to send as a workaround. We tried, SLviewer, Firestorm, Singularity and Radegast, all with the same behaviour. Any ideas?

Ohoh.. As far as I know, High Fidelity is a new project by Philip Rosedale not linked with Linden Lab. It is an open source project. The new virtual world project by Linden Lab, as afirst anounced, is a proprietary one, that Elbe assured that at least currency, names and friendlist would be transferable. In short, there are two new virtual worlds in development now, and everything else than this is pure speculation.

How it appears 1 sim away. And uses a rezzer, so derender it has no effect, as a new one is rezzed each minute. My doubt is under what cathegory I can Report it.

I didn't receive any email from LL, and I use to look the spam folder for any email from LL before empty it. In three accounts, only "weloveyougirl" was replace with the general replacement, and no email for any account, but all other dances were inside danceballs, as most are not copyable, I will not test removing them to inventory :-) Let's wait that the Lindens fix this soon. I didn't suffer a heavy lost but I know of people that have lost many expensive animations.

In Tradewinds Yacht Club there is this free boat, inside it has a sailing script, full perms. You have to make some changes to work in your boat, but not that difficult if you know the basics of script. Try first with a simpler boat, no more than a hull and a sail, to see how it works For boats with high LI, it is possible to make them driveable. I've seen boats up to 512 LI fully navigable, but the high impact of them will give you many problems :-)

Something like this happened to me back in 2007 (or 2008). A custommer paid me in advance for a thing (not important what it was). The next day, she called me saying that changed her mind and asking for the um she had paid. I R-clicked her and paid the amount in question. Instantly received multiple notices "you paid avatar XXX 3,000 L$" It stopped only when I haven't enough funds to continue to pay her. Fortunately, she was honestm and, after we both relogged, she returned the amount she received. I never discovered what happened, but since then, I maintain an alt with the gross money, and my main avatar (this avatar) only maintain a limited amount of Linden$

Lindens answering for an AR can varie much. In this case - http://orca.slsailing.co/2014/01/lcc-cruisers-fighting-against-evil.html - in 2 hours the ttack was stopped. As said above, it deends on what else they are doing at the moment. P.S. Last year, while our club was under a similar attack, I was talking in live chat whith them, when a Linden appeared at my side and fixed the sim :-)

Weird, you say you can login in the forums but not inworld... The passwords for both (and for your page in the site, are the same. Maybe someone changed your password in your computer and let the new one saved in the login page, but not in the viewer.
