Update: No real explanation, but they were helpful and responsive. They managed to restore the sims. I am very grateful. Second Life support has improved dramatically over the last year!

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a new disturbing trend. One of my sims was rolled back by about a month and today another one has been rolled back by a week! Help! Many lost objects and time. Has anyone else had this happen?

Has anyone ever upgraded from a Homestead to a full sim? I have a homestead with builds on it. I was wondering if the upgrade would destroy existing builds when it adds prims.
