How do I recover objects left on other sims

Getting Region Handshake and falling over. Read the stock answers do not help m,y Firewall has not changed in over two years and was fine yesterday. Tried turning the firewall off and still cannot get in.

View distance set at 98 so not that.

Nope my speed is good still faltering when moving.

Can anyone help my frame rate has suddenly dropped below ten, I have taken off all meters and anything else that may have an effect but still below 10. It does not matter which sim I am on. My walk has become very hesitant in other words I walk a little then stop walk a little more and stop ect. Any help would be great.
