  1. Still an issue this evening .........and I worked with my ISP earlier today. The issue is not on their end.
  2. I have contacted my ISP .....not their issue. I'm not having any other browser related issues.....only when I try to purchase on Marketplace. Windows 7 IE 11.0.96 Chrome and Firefox are update, too . Still an issue
  3. I have been having the same issue since last night. This morning, when I attempted, I got this message....Some residents may have difficulty finalizing their purchases using the Inworld web browser. If you are having problems, please try an up to date external browser. See the status blog for more info. The blog essentially says for IE, you must be on Windows 7 (I am) and a verision of IE above 7.0 (I am), and for Firefox 28 or later (I am) and for Chrome 22 or later (I am). The blog refers to this issue as RESOLVED ......however, although I meet all of the browser and operating system requirements they have listed for a fix .......I still cannot access my shopping cart and check out.

  5. I'm using the latest Phoenix version. Of late, it's been really laggy. For the last week, anytime I try to use the search feature, SL freezes. In fact it locks my entire computer. The audio begins to skip and it seems like I might crash, but I don't. I've waited as long as an hour for it to unfreeze, but it never does. I have to actually do a hard close on my computer in order to get out of it. Any ideas?
