We are still looking for people interested in submitting artwork or articles for the magazine. This round's call for content ends June 1. We would like to include the realm of virtual photography, photomanipulation in the magazine. This is not an in-world publication, this is a real world publication wanting to elevate and spread knowledge and the tremendous artwork available within world's such as Second Life. A new online magazine is underway for the Open Source Software known as Gimp. The goals of the magazine are: -To promote GIMP & related open source graphics software -To promote art / photography created using this software -To provide a professional looking magazine, with a high design value and visual interest -To provide a magazine for users, artists, photographers, designers, and developers As Second Life is full of creative and talented people we wanted to announce opportunities to share your knowledge with others. The next edition will be published June 1st and a call for content is currently underway. We need your help to contribute to this magazine: -summary of new features in GIMP 2.8 and how they work -your best photography post processed in GIMP / UFRAW etc... -your most awesome graphic art created in GIMP -your gimp tutorials -your tips & tricks -your list of favourite gimp resources (website URLs) -your new coolest scripts and plugin descriptions -even your other open source software reviews -your favorite hardware reviews -and your most requested future GIMP upgrades / feature requests If you would like to contribute an article or content towards this project or have a website that would be willing to post our Call to Content listings and prototype of current magazine cover, send an IM to Jorden Grau in-world for more details. The HoA is now hiring professional and business minded dancers and companions. Searching out those who enjoy what they are doing and put effort and appreciation for their roles into the personalities. Copy / paste dancing not desired. Do you have the ability to write what you feel and are doing and reflect it in a way that draws another person in ? Contact Jorden Grau at the House of Allure for information and an interview. These are positions that take dedication and work but the payoff is well worth it.
