Gordon, I don't know if this would work with hippo but have you tried muting the device and/or owner of the device? Just an idea.

In your Dashboard, section on the left side called Linden Exchange, click on 'Manage' and then on 'Transaction History'. You'll see a new chart with all your past and present orders. In section Your Open Orders, you will see your current Buy order. You may click on 'Cancel this order' if you want to cancel the buy order.

Improve? Really? Customer Support has never been this bad. I've been a Premium resident and land owner for years. One of my groups was disbanded and we got locked out of our group land, I quickly submitted a ticket to have that reinstated. That was 7 weeks ago and the ticket still shows as NEW! Everytime I contact Live Help (LOL!), all they tell me is "Wait for the ticket to be processed." Useless. At this point I'm seriously considering selling all our left land and move on to other grids. So ANY improvement HAS to be good.

Also, you need to be a Premium resident to buy mainland. There's no covenant in mainland, this has its advantages such as nobody telling you what you can or can't do with your land, however any neighbors you may have also can do as they wish. If you plan to offer any type of adult activity in your business, you will have to buy your land in the Adult continent.

A laptop with Intel integrated graphics card that works fine for 5-10 minutes and then freezes/crash. To me, it looks like your graphics card is getting too hot. Most Intel integrated graphics won't even cover the minimum requirements to run SL and yours must be just able to. You could start by making sure the air intake holes under the laptop are clean and the exhaust in the back. Place the laptop on a hard flat surface when you're in SL so that you don't accidentally block the air intakes. Finally, you could try buying one of those laptop bases with fans that you place underneath the laptop, this little devices go a long way to lenghten your laptop's lifetime.
