  1. I'm a merchant trying to upload pictures of my products on Marketplace. Although I've never had an issue with this before (I have over 100 products on MP), today when I start uploading, it does it's normal thing, then the whole screen blanks out, and all I'm getting is a "connecting" notice on the tab of my browswer with my store address in the www address bar. Any clue what's causing this? Where I could post a report to get it fixed? Any help would be good. Before you ask, I've already checked my connection...it's running fine, having no other issues opening web pages of any sort, MP or otherwise and yes, my pictures are within the size recommendations on MP. Thanks for the help! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks for trying to answer my question Rolig, but nothing you suggested is working at all. It's been several days now, and I keep trying, but I'm really pulling my hair out here. My connection is fine, not slow at all. Yes, I did recently change isp's, but my connection is much faster than ever now, so I'm completely lost as to why this is happening. Do you, or anyone else have suggestions? Is there someone I can contact about this? Some place I can bring this to and get some sort of help via SL or LL's? Thanks once again
  2. OK Dakota, I'm trying to figure out what you're saying here, but when I click on "Magic Box Status" it takes me to the old XStreet page and it won't let me change anything there at all. If I click on the "Go to Marketplace" instead, it just keeps taking me back to the MP home page. Something I'm doing wrong here? Also, I'm unpacking my boxes as suggested in the video tuts from Torley and in doing so, changing the name of my products so they don't say "boxed" anymore, so I have to associate them with the old items, I realize this and that's what I'm doing. Just wondered if it made a difference or not Thanks for the help, Bratty

  4. Hi, I'm a merchant on SL and I'm trying to "follow the rules" and switch over from my magic boxes to the direct delivery system. I've gotten the hang of moving items to my listings and associating them with the old items, but my problem is this: When I go to delete the unassociated items, I keep getting this message: "So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back! We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly." They just won't delete. Is there something I am doing wrong? I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to fix this but can't find anything anywhere. Any help from you amazing people would be appreciated.
