I understand the frustration many have with V2 - especially the webprofiles which is why I run V2.4 whatever it is I am sort of stuck with V2 if I wish to continue in SL after 3 years. I do not rez and nothing rezzes for me in ANY of the TPV and believe me I have tried everything. It is hard to do much when I can't see anything and no one can see me. So I am using V2.4 and will continue to do so until someone comes up with a TPV that I can actually use. I do like many of the features in V2 but really dislike the webprofiles since they don't load for me. Just my 2 cents Sapphire Hissop

Hi Rodvik - Welcome to SL and thank you for reminding me of my newbie days 3 years ago as I tried to learn how to move, drive and do all the other things needed to get me off of Help Island. As so many others have said, much has changed and not always for the better. I am another that doesn't post much but I am replying/posting to Ceera's comments because she sums everything up so well. Do the things she suggested to get a real feel for what the rest of us deal with on a daily basis in SL. Even those of us like me who don't build. But I do shop, I dance, I explore and I admire awesome creativity. And I find voice EXTREMELY annoying since I work in 'cubicle' world all day long and have to listen to everyone around me chatter - usually at high volume. And yes I have left places because they do voice and nothing else. Check out the live music scene in SL - you will find some amazing artists out there. Go to a PG sim where there are others with their prim...attachments hanging out and they are totally nude and have nothing done about it but...the friend next to you in a very modest bathing suit gets banned because she is in a suit. Forget that she was just scuba diving and it makes sense to use a suit Come and experience ALL of SL - the good and the bad. Then help to foster the creativity that has spawned this amazing world and work on fixing the bad things that are causing really creative people to leave. I am not expecting Utopia but I would really like to know that someone is listening to us. And yes as others have said, we whine, we complain, we kvetch and we also share experiences, our knowledge, we teach, we learn and we grow. We just want this wonderful place that we call SL to do those things as well as well as those behind the scenes So welcome to SL Rodvik - it will be an amazing journey! Sapphire Hissop
