Mookie Firebrand

I have done a dozen clean installs and almost everything to get SL to open on this laptop. Windows 7 . I did an update from phoenix to Firestorm and even V3 and haven't been able to get on since. The program starts to open then sends report to server 1 that's it... HELP!------------------------------ OK to set the record straight . I am trying to run V3 or any one that will work. This all started from updating FROM Phoenix to a new viewer. I have followed the directions to do a clean install. cleared temp files, cashes and any Second life file. I have tried a few different viewers also... I never can get to the window in time for the send to server1 message. I am also Not using the same download each time.. This has me baffled.. I thought I was semi computer savvy. So Please still Help!?? Help Help Help
