This video describes how we changed the profile's pic till the edition 2.4 of Viewer 2 and not now when we have the new web profiles. Selina uses 2.6 edition of viewer 2 which has the new web profiles.

If you need to use that pic as the central pic in second life or real world part, you must to upload a pic by your computer. Open your profile --> Edit profile --> if you have another pic there --> Change --> Upload --> Save. If you want just to add a pic in your picks go at your picks --> click the small cross down --> New Pick --> When you see the new pic in your pic's list --> click the right arrow --> Edit --> Click on the pic --> a window called "pick :texture" opens --> choose the pic you wish --> OK --> Save pick That's all.

If you see your outfit like a cloud, click on the Advanced Menu at the top of your screen. If you dont see it press Ctrl+alt+D --> Debug settings --> RenderUnloaded Avatar --> Set it to "True" --> click X to close the window. Relog Now you dont see you like a cloud but others continue to see you this way. They must to change their setting for that also. If it is not working and you see that you still can not load, open the 2nd tab of your inventory (called recent in viewer 2) and wait ALL your items to load. After try to change outfit, or move in other region with less lag and to repeat the same process.

If you are the owner of the ball and note that other users have the same problem, stop and reset it. If you arent the owner and its in a public place, report it to a staff member suggesting to reset it. In deed that your AO must to be OFF.

If you abandon your Linden House you can get another plot 512sq m2 with 117 prims in Mainand, where also i am not sure that you can rezz the house of your dreams. So, why to abandon it? If you dont like, just walk away, dont use it and buy another one bigger plot and house. It is a usual problem. Happened to me also twice in past when i lost my net connection for some seconds. How i solved the problem? 1)Unistall the program removing ALL the files of it. During un-installing you will get a message asking for it. Accept it. 2)Turn off your computer and your router for 2 mins. I mean stop your net connection for a while 3)Turn on your router and after your computer. 4)Download again the program (last edition of Viewer 2 or Phoenix). Do NOT use the same .exe file you already have. 5)Re-intall and run the program. Good luck

What is a cache? Just a small area of shortage, generally for things that need rapid retrieval. For example when we visit a site, that web page "cached" into our local machine, so when we revisit it, we dont have to redownload all of the elemements, only the ones that have changed since our last visit. CUP's (processors) have several kinds of cache (L1, L2, L3 etc - i consider that is useless to report here the differences between them) and all of them use for the rapid retrieval of date that is needed for future operations. I know about those cylinders / barrels although i never use them. Preferences is the best way to clear cache. Lets accept for SL that visible cache = cache. Just now of curiocity rezzed a cylinder like them at my place. In the description of the product, i read: "Use to clear memory SL Cache quickly".

The default skin you wear includes underwear which you cant remove. So what you need to do? Right click on your avatar --> My appearance --> You have the list with your outfits --> Right click in another outfit --> Wear - Replace current outfit. When all your new stuff loaded, --> Right click on your avatar again --> Take off --> Clothes --> All Clothes. You will find 1-2 outfits for nudity. Of course do it, if you are in a region in which nudity is allowed. The other solution is to ask by someone to to send you a new skin. There are several free ones arround. The tab "Recent" in Inventory shows only the items you manage during your last login (stuff you buy, get, delete, copy, cut, rename etc). When you log in again the "Recent" tab is empty except of one case, after crashes when you never checked them before. Then you continue to see the new items there. The "problem" is that when we log in again, the items in our inventory do not load immidiately all together, especially when we have thousands. Also its possible to stay long time online and still some of our items not to load, if you dont click the "Recent" tab. When you click it, you see your items to load till the last one. Is good to remember more or less every moment how many items you have in your inventory. The inventory down side has a button called "Show additional options". With it you can sort your items differently (by name, by most recent etc) or to set filters. When you click filters you get a pop-up window in Viewer 2 and you can choose which items you want to hide. So, check out your filters because its very possible you to made something with them accidentally. One more tip is to use the white line at top of your inventory, typing a word-key, filtering by name your items. Of course you need to remember the names but sometimes some only letters are enough. Finally you can click the Help button of the inventory (?) to see the Help Browser Window. I hope you soon to find all your objects.

Teleporting with basic mode in Viewer 2 is available but only in preset destinations in SL. Better to login in advanced mode. Do you try to visit only adult regions (sims) and you havent yet an age verification? Do you click teleport and after "Yes" at the message you get asking you if you want to teleport there?

1)Did you try to change region? Each region is hosted in a different server. 2)Set your graphics to medium quality and your distance shorter (Preferences --> Tab Graphics --> Tab Move and View). This way your computer will need shorter time to load everything you see. 3)If you continue to have the same problem have a look at the statistics bar. You find it into the Menu View if you use Phoenix or into the Menu Advanced --> Performance Tools if you use Viewer2. There check the FPS, must be over than 15 at least. The time Dilation must to be very very close to 1.0 (0.98-0,99 sometimes a little less). Sim FPS must to be 45 and Physics FPS 44-45. If they all look ok, obviously there is a problem with your computer.

At first open your profile at secondlife.com -->by the left choose Account --> Transaction History -->Check the details of your last purchase. Take a copy. After try to contact the merchant and describe the problem. If he/she is offline better to send a notecard including of course the copy of the transaction, what exactly you bought and asking politely for redelivery.
