  1. Hey Rod, I'm really happy to see that you're getting in and using the system and seeing some of the things that you can do in here. I'd like to make a suggestion for you. If you haven't already done so, make an alt, one that the labs doesn't know about so you can run around unmonitored and then try getting some real support from them. I say this because as a user who has several premium account avatars I would hope that I'd be able to have support answer my own, rare, question in a timely manner rather than the case I'm facing at the moment where I've had a support ticket open for over 2 months without a single response. So that said, I reiterate to you, make an ALT, go in cognito into the masses, and try to use and access the services that we all need to use. Good luck and enjoy the ride! 2. Hey YT. First, the items that remain in your inventory do NOT count towards your prim count, only the items that you REZ on your parcel. Regarding the actual prim count of the objects themselves.. AFAIK there is no way to determine in advance of rezing it (e.g. a property you could look at for the object while it is still in your inventgory) how many prims an item is going to use when you rez it. The only way to determine how many prims an object/link set is using would be to REZ it and then look at the GENERAL tab of the edit object window, there it will tell you how many prims the object uses. I hope this answers your question. Regards,
  3. Sigh.. too bad it doesn't interface with the marketplace.
  4. Additionally, if you use the marketplace to perform your shopping you can choose the SEND AS GIFT option during checkout to have the item delivered, along with a short message to the recipient of your choice. This is how i've done most of my gifting recently. Where that hasn't been an option, or where the developer doesn't already offer a gifting service in those cases I have simply taken the recipient to the vendor and told them that I would like to buy XYZ for them and then pass them the lindens necessary for them to do the purchase.
  5. Hopefully they've realized that the inworld transaction process is flawed and that the reason their UserToUser metrics are skewed is because I keep having to slot machine 1L transactions between myself and friends in order to get my InWorld Balance to Update. THAT has been broken WAY too long.. C'mon LL FIX someting and stop chasing the V2 pipe dream.
