  2. I am not a US citizen, I do not drive & have no passport! We also do not have official photo ID in the UK so how on earth will I qualify?
  3. I read through all the posts & here is a list of what I would like to see. Any would be an improvement as long as it doesn't bug the place out again .... I live in hope! HOPED FOR CHANGES Remove all trace of discontinued/de-listed products from merchant drop-down options everywhere! This renders some functions useless & is a major pain. A category for gacha items that are resold. THIS WOULD BE A MAJOR CHANGE FOR THE BETTER! Delete merchants who no longer have an account or have not logged in in any way for more than a year. YES PLEASE! I am sure this would improve the customer experience greatly if the number of absentee merchants who provide no backup or customer service was reduced. We might even get good reviews instead of feedback being 'customer complaints'. A category for full perm items because there are lots of no trans or no copy items in the building supplies. A way to change the default listing order of items within a store. (preferably to most recent if only one option) An easier way to change & delete all the landmark within listings that actually works. A store manager function to add someone who can edit or create listings for the merchant. Improvement to the feedback/review system to make it fairer for merchants to take action where necessary when negative feedback is left before it is made visible to the public. At least give us 48 hours! Remove all trace of discontinued/de-listed products from merchant drop-down options. Ability to ban buyers we don't want to do business with. Ability to have more than one marketplace storefront per avatar. Ability to have different colours options in one listing with the main product, instead of multiple listings. This would make the experience better for both sides. Easier updating for prices on the 'manage listings' page instead of editing each individual listing. Easier updating for prices on the 'manage ' page instead of editing each individual listing. Customer ability to get redeliveries for copy items. Include demo option within the item listing, not separately. So that when buyers filter via price they are not faced with pages of demos! Delete merchants who no longer have an account or have not logged in in any way for more than a year. Having the ability to 'favourite' designers/stores for customers. The ability to search purchase history. Ability to exclude specific stores/Merchants from the marketplace search. Stores subscriptions to be able to follow stores and receive notifications either inworld or through emails of updates and new releases.
  4. Yeah I just had to walk away from the contact support comment lol, politeness forbids me from saying what I think! I would reopen it if even one other person had come forward with the same problem but no one has so maybe it was something stupid I did. I have no idea how or why & at least it was a problem that I could rectify. My biggest concern was that others would have lots of unlisted stuff & not realise. I have no technical abilities whatsoever, even making the Jira in the first place taxed my bird brain lol
  5. Here it is, my very first Jira, a new problem I think! Marketplace - some items delisted & some duplicated with incomplete details https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4617 I was changing one item because of customer feedback & happened to notice that hundreds of my items have suddenly been delisted! I am pretty sure this is very recent because some of the delists are good sellers & I would have noticed. What is really odd is that some are incomplete listings which are copies of others that are still listed & others are just delisted complete ads! Another weird thing is that when I go to the MERCHANT HOME/MANAGE LISTINGS & click on UNLISTED or UNAVAILABLE no items show on the lists but when I click on ALL & scroll through the pages of listings there are hundreds of items with no green tick at the end! I have relisted the complete ones because I can not afford to have them missing & unavailable & have started deleting the incomplete repeat listings. I strongly suggest that other merchants, especially those with many listings (I have over a thousand) check to see if their items have been suddenly delisted in this way. Its much harder to notice when you have so many. REMEMBER though that they only show when you select ALL & scroll through, they wont show under unlisted or unavailable if you have the same problem as me.

  11. That's very sad Marcus, please accept my condolences for your loss. FYI there is a memorial park where you can go & light a candle & set it out in the ocean. One of the nicer things that LL has done. I know I found it comforting to be able to go & perform this gesture when I lost someone. There's a LM in my profile picks if you are interested.

  13. Could be a coincidence but every borked store i have looked at so far, when you sort the listings to 'Age-Oldest First' you find the borked items are the oldest ones. I just looked at a friends store & theres only one item borked & its the oldest one. At the very least this could help merchants with many pages of listings identify a problem or lack of.

Yes, thanks for the gesture, everyone will benefit by a small amount for a few days but I am sure that we would all forgo this if #1 we got an assurance that it wont happen again as soon as the next peak sales period arrives #2 We received a notification of reviews #3 We could send test deliveries as before without being charged commission The gesture is appreciated but action to resolve the persistent inadequacies of the new marketplace would be truly wonderful & this, though gratefully received, is a small compensation for a lot of inconvenience. I wonder if any merchant truly feels that what they will save in commission for three days will make up for the loss of income on what would have been a very busy day. Not to mention the loss of goodwill. Thanks anyway )

  18. Your transaction history on the web site will tell you details of your balance & any monies going into or out of your account for the previous month. You must be logged in to see it.

  21. Hi Brooke The main issues that I would like discussed are... ~ Delivery problems, up until yesterday I had not suffered from my products not being delivered in a timely fashion, or not at all. Reports showed that when people purchase more than one item (ie using the cart) that my items were always delivered then bam, yesterday 7 problems all in one day, out of the blue. My boxes had all be reset earlier that day so were functioning, I have less than 99 items in each & I have copies on three seperate sims so really there is no reason! If the boxes cant handle multiple deliveries then the cart should be disabled until they can. How long must we wait for the inventory delivery system & will this reall be any better or will it be the next round of nightmares for Merchants. Even when customers get a clear message stating that the merchant has not been paid & to wait 8 hours etc etc they can still get quite disgruntled & as one customer said to me last night "if I wanted to wait 8 hours for something I wouldnt have ordered it from the marketplace". We need some reassurance & action on this issue before our businesses get a bad reputation for something over which we have no controll. ~ PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE can we have notifications by email of when someone posts a review, for soooo many reasons! ~There was some mention in the past that we would be able to nominate another AV to have access to SLM to add & edit listings. This would be VERY useful for those of us with business partners to share the load. I also agree with the points quoted from another post... The ability to cross list items in up to 3 categories. (those selling holiday items that might work for other things could list these in more than one section. ie. a Valentines cake could be listed in the holiday section, decorations, and under food type items as well. The ability to have two "stores" for those that carry more than one brand The ability to run a search within a merchant's store so if they carry a dress you like in green, you can click on their store and punch in "blue dress" and see what that merchant carries by way of blue dresses, etc.
  22. Welcome to our world. You have made an impressive start, well done on the PR. Now everyone waits expectantly for your first influential decision, choose it wisely. I highly recommend you join the Builders Brewery group, the combined knowledge of the 9737+ members along with regular classes from some of SL's most talented on every aspect of building (along with the occasional cookie recipe) will help you turn that shack into the best dwelling ever.   23. If it isn't Linden Home land it is also worth contacting adjoining neighbors to see if they are interested in expanding. On the first plot I owned there was an adjoining plot that I would have bought if the price had not been too high then a couple of weeks later it was abandoned when they could have at least made some money from my purchase so give it a go )
