[What does it mean when a parcel of land has ban lines and states the parcel ID could not be resolved]

What does it mean when a parcel of land has ban lines and a message stating the parcel ID could not be resolved?

 

[Why is voice unavailable in multiple sims since the last Second LIfe Viewer update??]

Since the last Second Life Viewer update; voice is unavailable in many sims.  Even in infohubs where voice was working

until the last update was installed?  Can you please tell me how to fix this so voice will work again for me?  This update

was mandatory and not having voice sucks totally.
