I have a full private region available for sale very very cheap. Pay the $100 USD transfer fee and take over the $295 Monthly Tier and it's yours. I no longer have enough time to be online anymore so I want to give it up. I'm not looking ot make a profit. No strings, just a free sim if you can afford the monthly tier and want to do it. I am considering selling my Private sim but would like to keep my Open sim. I was not able to buy an Open sim without owning a private region first and I was wondering if I could keep the Open region past the date when I sell the private region.

I know I wasn't able to buy the open sim unless I had a full sim, but if I wanted to sell the full sim, could I maintain ownership of my open region?
